Collaboration is a process of mutually beneficial and well-defined relationships between two or more individuals or organisations to achieve common goals.

Therapy provides a strong relationship external to your usual life relationships, the benefit is that you are able to be authentically you! You don’t have to be the diplomat, you don’t need to be mindful of how you discuss something because your therapist is there to witness your experience.
