The thought of therapy can feel big! Particularly in the Australian culture. Therapy is a combination of talking, thinking and feeling. We provide the space for you to take a pause from your life and get curious about what is happening for you. We can support you through big life changes; grief, loss and trauma. We can also support you to gain clarity about you, your values and your needs in relationships, parenting, work and lifestyle.

Beginning therapy can be exciting, scary, and perhaps even overwhelming. Knowing what you want to achieve through therapy is helpful but not always necessary.
